Our roots do not lie in Zeeland for either of us. Michael was born in West Brabant, near Breda, and Christine in Germany, in Rhineland-Palatinate. But since we have been living here in Middelburg (Michael since 2007 and Christine seven years later, via Karlsruhe, Canada and Munich), we wouldn\u2019t want to live anywhere else.<\/p>\n
Although we truly feel at home here, travelling and discovering new places is very high on our list of favourite things to do. And preferably not staying in large, mass-tourism hotel blocks, but rather finding small hidden gems\u2014intimate accommodations with an eye for detail or places with a story, a history. From every trip, we always return full of new ideas. How would we do it or design it if we had a holiday home of our own?<\/p>\n
The same goes for meeting spaces. We have both worked, or still work, for large international companies and have spent a lot of time in soulless conference rooms (often without windows). And wherever you went in the world, it was always the same standard furniture\u2026 To feel completely at ease from the very start of a meeting or to get into the creative mindset needed to achieve great results is almost as easy as sitting fully relaxed in the dentist\u2019s chair just before a lengthy root canal treatment\u2026 So we asked ourselves: how would we ideally design a meeting space where you immediately feel comfortable and can get into the right mindset to achieve top results?<\/p>\n
Now we know. Because suddenly we had \u201cour holiday apartment and meeting space in one\u201d. We hope you will create wonderful holiday memories here to take home with you\u2014and achieve the very best outcomes from your workshop or meeting.<\/p>\n
