Enjoy a holiday in a listed historic building. A 100 m² apartment right in the heart of the city, entirely your own—so you can feel like a local for a while. Your own little piece of Middelburg.

The building has a long and varied history, having served as a cafeteria, a shoe shop and a residence, among other things. In 2021, the apartment was completely refurbished inside, so that the stately character of this 1796 monument is now reflected in a warmly furnished home with all modern comforts.

Relax in the living room in front of the TV, or enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large dining table. Or sip a cup of coffee in the morning sun on the bench by the back door. Can you already picture yourself sitting there and enjoying it?

The location is perfect as a base to experience everything our beautiful city and the province of Zeeland have to offer. We are sure you will have a wonderful stay here.

Layout

The entire apartment is on one level and has two private entrances. It features a living room with a spacious dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a cosy seating area where you can curl up with a magazine and a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea.

There is a generously sized bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. The bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a luxurious shower enclosure. A separate toilet is located next to the bedroom.

The kitchen is simple but fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you may need if you decide not to dine out one evening. A toaster and a combination microwave oven complete the facilities.

Parking is available (for a fee) less than 50 metres from the holiday apartment.
